What is Myotherapy?

Myotherapy is a form of treatment and assessment of musculoskeletal conditions, which may contribute to or cause restricted movement and pain.

A Myotherapist may use a range of techniques throughout your treatment to restore the soft tissue structures (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia), these techniques include;

  • Deep tissues massage
  • Trigger point release
  • Cupping
  • Dry needling

Myotherapists endeavour to treat the specific cause relating to the pain thus looking at the body as a whole

At Strong & Stable we work collaborative with all other Medical and Allied Health professionals involved in our client’s care to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
