Gym Memberships and Personal Training

Strong & Stable is a friendly, non-intimidating boutique studio in which tertiary qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologists prescribe well balanced exercise programs to suit the specific needs of each client.

Gym Memberships

At Strong & Stable our gym memberships allow members to have access to the facility at their leisure during the opening hours. Our highly qualified and friendly staff are on hand to help and assist you when needed.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR GYM MEMBERSHIPS?

  • A detailed initial assessment with our Exercise Physiologist, who will obtain any medical history, set goals and develop an individually tailored exercise program
  • A program instruction session, to show you through your individual program to assist in the education of movement patterns, biomechanics and joint positioning to ensure you get the most out of your program
  • Gym floor supervision by our friendly staff, who are available to ensure that you are completing your exercises correctly
  • Regular program reviews, to ensure that you are progressing towards your goals
  • Access to the facility 7 days per week, during opening hours

Costs

  • Start-up fee is $50

*which includes your initial assessment and your program instruction session (valued at $110) and includes ongoing program reviews for the life of your membership

  • $14.00 per week

*price effective 1st January 2019
Note: Gym memberships can be paid upfront or by direct debited from your nominated bank account for a period of 6 or 12 months at a time.

Personal Training

At Strong & Stable we also offer Personal Training with our experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologists. Personal Training involves close supervision (1:1 or 2:1) and instruction while you are completing your exercise program.

  • Consistent exercise program, which can be adjusted throughout the session depending on your energy levels, stress levels, mood, pain levels etc

What is included in Personal Training?

  • Your first consultation is a detailed initial assessment with our Exercise Physiologist, to obtain any medical history, set goals and develop an individually tailored exercise program
  • Personal instruction of your exercise program
  • 6 weekly reviews with your trainer to ensure that you are progressing towards your goals
  • Body composition analysis

Costs

  • 60 minutes 1:1 $55
  • 60 minutes 2:1 $75
  • 30 minutes 1:1 $37.50
