Gym Memberships and Personal Training
Strong & Stable is a friendly, non-intimidating boutique studio in which tertiary qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists prescribe well balanced exercise programs to suit the specific needs of each client.
If you have a medical condition or recently been diagnosed with a medical condition and are feeling apprehensive about exercise or returning to exercise, please see our friendly staff to discuss our gym memberships and assisting in the transitions into or back to exercise.
At Strong & Stable our gym memberships allow members to have access to the facility at their leisure during the opening hours. Our highly qualified and friendly staff are on hand to help and assist you when needed.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR GYM MEMBERSHIPS?
- A detailed Initial Assessment with our Accredited Exercise Scientists who will go through:
- Medical history
- Previous exercise history
- Barriers to exercise
- Goal Setting and time frames
- A program instruction session (No charge – included in your start-up fee)
- Take you through your individual exercise program step by step
- Instruct & educate on exercise technique to ensure correct movement patterns and biomechanics
- Instruct and educate on the use of our gym equipment
- Modify the program if required
- Program review appointments (No charge – included in your start-up fee)
- Available on request our staff can assist with the following:
- Review any changes to medical history
- Review goals
- Update program as re quire to allow you to continue to progress
- Friendly staff who are available to answer questions and ensure that you are completing your exercises correctly
- Access to the facility 6 days per week, during opening hours
- Start-up fee is $75
- $15.50 per week
- $31 per fortnight
- $67.16 per month
Note: Gym memberships can be paid upfront or by direct debited from your nominated bank account for a period of 6 or 12 months at a time.
At Strong & Stable we also offer Personal Training with our experienced Accredited Exercise Scientists. Personal Training involves close supervision and instruction while you are completing your exercise program.

- Initial Personal Training Consultation: $80
- Personal Training 60 mins: $70
- Personal Training 30 mins: $52.50
